Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone using Jewel Forms. Use the service for authorized jewelry-production and business workflows, and respect other users, their information, and the service.

You may not use Jewel Forms to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing activity.
• Access an account, workspace, customer record, file, or system without authorization, or attempt to compromise another person’s account.
• Guess, share outside your authorized team, or abuse seven-digit room or team access codes.
• Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, spam, or content intended to disrupt or damage systems.
• Bypass security measures, probe systems without authorization, or interfere with service availability or other users’ access.
• Upload, share, or use jewelry designs, photographs, CAD files, documents, personal information, or other material without the rights and permissions needed for that use.
• Use another person’s account, impersonate another person, or misuse private workspace information.

Workspace owners and managers should promptly remove access that is no longer authorized and share room codes only with intended team members. Report suspected misuse or security concerns to support@jewelforms.com.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, subject to applicable law. See the Terms of Service.
