We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. If your information belongs to a business workspace, we may need to coordinate with that business. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Jewel Forms does not sell personal information or share it with advertising partners for targeted advertising. We currently do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. There is no sale, advertising sharing, or optional analytics processing to turn off today.

You can still submit a preference not to sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising. No account, name, or email address is required.

This saves a preference for this browser using a necessary first-party privacy cookie and a record on our server. It is not linked to an account or applied to other browsers or devices. The cookie lasts one year; if you clear or block cookies, or use another browser, please submit again. For an identity-based request, email support@jewelforms.com without creating an account.

This choice does not delete your information or stop processing needed to run the service, including authorized workspace access, payments, transactional email, security, and configured messaging. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
