Subscription & Billing Policy

Price and trial

The Jewel Forms Business subscription costs $280 per month. There is no free trial. The first payment is due when you subscribe, and the subscription renews monthly unless canceled.

Payments and taxes

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe handles payment-card information under its own terms and privacy practices; Jewel Forms does not store full payment card numbers. Billing contact and subscription status information may be used in Jewel Forms to associate the payment subscription with the correct workspace. Taxes may apply where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time using the billing controls available in your account or by contacting support@jewelforms.com. Cancellation stops future subscription charges according to the subscription terms and timing presented for your subscription. The applicable billing information will show when access ends or the current period concludes.

Refunds

No refunds are provided, except where required by applicable law. Contact support if you believe there has been an error in a charge.
