Jewel Forms materials

Jewel Forms and its licensors own or license, as applicable, the Jewel Forms software, branding, interface, and platform materials. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Your jewelry and business content

You or your business retain your rights in your jewelry designs, CAD files, photographs, documents, customer information, messages, and other content uploaded or created in the service. Jewel Forms does not claim ownership of customer jewelry designs or production files and does not use customer jewelry or design files to train AI models.

To operate the service, you grant Jewel Forms only the limited permission reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display your content for the authorized workspace and its functions. This permission does not give Jewel Forms ownership of the content.

Permission to upload

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to upload, store, and share material with people who can access the relevant workspace. Do not upload content in violation of another person’s copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.

Copyright concerns

If you believe material in Jewel Forms infringes your rights, contact support@jewelforms.com with the material location, the rights you believe are affected, and your contact information. We may request additional information before taking action.
