HAYK & SONS LLC takes reasonable steps intended to protect the information handled by Jewel Forms and to operate account and access controls appropriate to a business production-management service.

Practical account and workspace safeguards

Jewel Forms uses authenticated accounts and role-based workspace access for protected business functions. Owners and managers should restrict team membership to authorized people, manage invitations and room access codes carefully, and promptly remove employees when access is no longer needed. Users should protect their credentials and avoid sharing sensitive information in areas visible to a wider team.

Files and service providers

Uploaded files and workspace records are used to provide the service and may be processed by providers supporting hosting, storage, payment processing, transactional email, or configured messaging. Stripe processes subscription payments; Resend is used for transactional email. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Limits and reporting

No internet service or security measure can guarantee absolute security. Protect important original business files and promptly report suspected account compromise, unauthorized access, or a security concern to support@jewelforms.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate, but do not email passwords or payment-card numbers.
