This policy describes cookies used by the Jewel Forms application operated by HAYK & SONS LLC.

Essential and functional cookies

Jewel Forms uses necessary first-party cookies to make core application functions work. These may support authentication, user sessions, security, account functionality, signup, and billing/subscription flows. They are functional/essential cookies, not analytics or advertising cookies.

We do not list cookie names here because this policy does not rely on a static list of names, and cookie details may vary with application flows. Cookies are set by Jewel Forms for these necessary functions.

When you submit a privacy opt-out preference, a necessary first-party cookie remembers a random identifier for this browser for one year. The identifier corresponds to an opt-out record on our server and is not linked to your account. It is not used for analytics or advertising. If you clear or block cookies, submit your preference again or contact support for an identity-based request.

No third-party analytics or advertising trackers

Jewel Forms currently does not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking services or advertising pixels. This includes Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, PostHog, Mixpanel, Plausible, Segment, and similar services. Stripe and Resend are used for payments and transactional email, respectively; they are not described by Jewel Forms as advertising or behavioral-tracking services.

Jewel Forms does not currently use non-essential analytics cookies, so we do not provide an analytics cookie-consent banner or unnecessary cookie-management controls. If non-essential tracking is introduced later, applicable disclosures and controls will be updated.

Browser controls

You can configure your browser to block or clear cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, signup, billing, or other core functions from working correctly. When you visit Stripe-hosted checkout, Stripe may process information under its own policies and controls.
