Data & Account Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Account security
Each user must protect their sign-in credentials, use only their own account, and tell support promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Keep account and contact information reasonably current. Do not share passwords or use a coworker’s account.
Manager responsibilities
Workspace owners and managers administer team membership, roles, rooms, and invitations. They should grant access only to authorized people, review access when team responsibilities change, and share room codes only with intended members. A seven-digit room code helps a person locate the correct workspace; it is not a password and should not be treated as one.
Managers can remove employees from their business to revoke access, team memberships, and active job assignments. Historical business records and files are retained. For account deletion or other data requests, contact support@jewelforms.com.
Employee and team membership
Employees may join a workspace only when authorized. Workspace managers may assign roles, teams, rooms, and production work. Access to jobs, messages, and profile details is based on workspace roles and participation. Review the Employee / Team Privacy Notice.
Information entered into Jewel Forms
Users and their businesses are responsible for the accuracy and appropriate handling of information they submit, including customer details, production information, messages, photographs, jewelry designs, CAD files, and other documents. Do not upload material unless you have permission to use and share it with people who can access the workspace.
Retention and requests
Information is retained as needed to provide the service and for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate operational purposes. Deletion requests may require identity and authority verification and may be subject to applicable law and business records obligations. Backups and retained records may not be removed immediately.
See the Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices for information and request options.
This is an informational business policy and does not create rights beyond those provided by applicable law.
