This notice explains how information about employees and other team members may be used within a Jewel Forms business workspace. The business that creates the workspace manages its team and is responsible for its own workplace notices and practices.

Information visible in team workflows

Depending on your role, workspace settings, and participation, authorized managers or teammates may see your username or screen name, display name, profile picture, role, team or room membership, assigned jobs, job status, work-related messages, and production activity. These details help coordinate and document jewelry production work.

Your private account email is used for account and service communications and is not shown to other employees in ordinary team profile views. Managers may have access to information needed to administer the workspace and team.

How the information is used

Team information supports account administration, assignments, status updates, collaboration, notifications, workspace security, and production history. Messages and job activity may be visible to authorized people who participate in or manage the relevant workflow.

Depending on your location and circumstances, applicable privacy rights may include requests to access, correct, or delete information. We may coordinate a request with the business that manages the workspace.
